蘿蔓培根堡 @ 花神秘館

這幾天我家娃娃發情

捨不得將她關在籠子裡

只好將我家的布沙發全用沙發布包起來

這次老爺子想讓她生小baby

希望2個月以後我家就會有新成員報到了~!

因為上次做的生菜蝦托還剩一些蘿蔓葉

將它做成培根堡讓不喜歡吃生菜的家人

不得不全部吃下很有心機吧~

這個餐包簡單做，不需揉到擴展階段

只要將麵糰揉至不黏手階段即可

我採用低溫發酵法

也就是說只要隨便揉一揉就可放入塑膠袋中

再放入冰箱冷藏一夜，隔天再取出整型即可

非常適合我這個懶人~

這培根堡因為多加了芥茉沙拉

所以味道有點辣辣的

但是配上蘿蔓葉吃非常的爽口

『牛奶餐包』

(約做8個)

材料:

高筋麵粉300g 雞蛋1顆乾酵母1小茶匙黃砂糖1大匙

牛奶150g 橄欖油2大匙鹽1小茶匙

步驟:

1.黃砂糖加入牛奶中先行溶解

2.其餘材料攪拌搓揉成為不黏手麵團

3.放入盆中,噴灑些水,表面封上濕布發酵1個小時

(或放入抹油的高密度塑膠袋中入冰箱冷藏一夜)

4.發酵完成後,桌上灑一些手粉,將空氣拍出,把麵團用米字切分割成8等份(@65g)

5.搓成圓形，噴些水再蓋上溼布讓麵團休息15分鐘

6.中間發酵完成後將小麵團拍出空氣,橄成長形後翻面

將長向捲起來,接縫處捏緊,2端稍微搓成尖形

7.將麵團接縫處朝下排放在烤盤上,噴些水再發酵1個小時

8.進爐前刷上一層蛋液

9.放入預熱到170度c的烤箱中烘烤15-18分鐘到表面呈現金黃色為止

『蘿蔓培根堡』

1.先將蛋煎好.培根肉稍煎一下蘿蔓葉用開水浸泡一下再擦乾

2.餐包中間橫切一刀再放一片的蘿蔓葉，擠適量的芥茉沙拉

再將蛋及培根肉放入即成
