湯種起酥素鬆麵包 @ 花神秘館

Evita很貼心~看到老師這麼傷心難過

回到家跟我分享心事以後馬上在聯絡本上

寫了一封安慰老師的信請老師別傷心

因為他們大多數同學是愛她的需要她的

我當然也寫些鼓勵老師的話希望老師能加油

結果老師看到這些鼓勵的話又哭了!是感動到哭了..

親愛的家長們:

在鼓勵自己的寶貝之際也請別忘了

給學校老師們一點掌聲及鼓勵

哪怕是隻字片語或"謝謝妳"三個字

被家長們肯定我想應該是給老師們最大的鼓勵吧...

從沒想到自己會做起酥麵包而且跟外面賣的好像喔!

因為我大都利用晚上做麵包所以隔天早餐

當家人看到這個麵包時用一臉難以置信的表情問說:

這是媽媽做的嗎?我就知道這次做的很成功~^^~

此次的作法是參考美華的湯種起酥肉鬆麵包

不同的是我裡面包的是南瓜素鬆

吃起來跟肉鬆餡沒兩樣一樣柔軟好吃~

以前去麵包店一定都會買起酥麵包因為家人都很喜歡

往往結帳下來4個麵包要價一百多元真是不便宜

自從會做麵包以後早餐費真是省了不少

而且自己做的麵包營養又衛生吃起來安心多了~!

『湯種起酥素鬆麵包』

湯種材料:

高筋麵粉100g 糖 10g 滾熱的開水100g

作法:

1.將麵粉和糖拌勻~沖入熱開水並快速拌勻

2.用保鮮膜包起以免乾掉放涼(做出來的湯種約可做兩次麵包)

用剩的湯種可放入冰箱冷藏約2~3天

湯種麵包材料:

1.高筋麵粉380g 低筋麵粉40g 砂糖 40g 奶粉20g 奶油45g

水210g 雞蛋1個鹽1/2小匙酵母粉1小匙湯種85g

2.起酥片6片南瓜素鬆(或肉鬆) 黑芝麻適量雞蛋1個

做法:

1.麵糰材料(奶油除外)放入鋼盆中揉成不沾手的麵團再加入奶油續揉成薄膜狀

2.將做法1放入已抹油的鋼盆中上蓋上溼布發酵1-1.5小時至麵糰成2倍大

3.取出發酵完成的麵糰拍出空氣分割成6等份＠80g搓成圓形再鬆弛20分鐘

4.將麵糰用手壓扁排氣包入肉鬆排入烤盤等待最後發酵約2倍大(約1-1.5小時)

5.發酵完成的麵團表面噴一層水蓋上起酥皮刷一層蛋液表面用黑芝麻裝飾

6.放進預熱好的烤箱 180 度約烤20分鐘~看表面烤到微焦即可
