又是周末假期了~每逢星期五心情就特別輕鬆愉快

因為不用再煩惱該煮什麼菜才能當成便當菜~

週末晚餐通常炒個飯或煮鍋麵~

簡單料理但卻是小朋友最喜歡的~

尤

肉醬義大利麵跟蘑菇濃湯這兩種搭配組合

是在假期裡既方便又受家人歡迎的料理

我喜歡到costco選購特定品牌的義大利肉醬

再自己斟酌加些喜歡的食材拌炒均勻

放涼以後分裝於保鮮袋中入冰箱冷凍

要吃時再隔水或微波加熱即可非常方便快速

只要花8分鐘將義大利麵煮好再將肉醬淋上

一盤餡料豐富的肉醬義大利麵輕鬆端上桌

右邊就是我喜歡的義大利肉醬品牌

左邊也是在costco買的超濃蘑菇濃湯

他們在外食區有賣~一碗好像50元吧!

開罐以後只要再加些鮮奶或水煮開即可食用

味道和外賣區的一模一樣是我家人的最愛

將義大利麵擺放於烤盤上再淋上適量的紅醬上面灑些pizza cheese

入烤箱烤至pizza cheese融化即是焗烤肉醬義大利麵

出爐後的焗烤義大利麵趁熱灑些現磨黑胡椒及起司粉

是我家少爺的最愛~一次可以吃兩盤~

這盤的熱量很高我不敢多吃~怕"肥"

焗烤義大利麵

材料:

意大利麵1包        義大利肉醬       pizza cheese     各適量

做法:

1.將義大利麵條放入滾水中~煮約8分鐘至麵條熟透即可捞起備用

2.將做法1放入考皿中淋上肉醬再均勻灑上pizza cheese

3.烤箱先以200度預熱10分鐘再將做法2放入烤約15分鐘至cheese融化即可

義大利肉醬

材料:

義大利麵紅醬1罐      絞 肉300g      洋蔥半顆     磨菇(或各種菇類)適量

做法:

1.磨菇.洋蔥先切丁.絞肉先打水

2.起一油鍋先將洋蔥炒至成半透明狀再將絞肉炒成鬆散狀再下磨菇炒熟

3.最後將紅醬倒入拌炒(可酌量加些義大利香料及黑胡椒)均勻至入味

4.待涼分裝於保鮮袋中壓平入冷凍庫冷凍

5.要取食時再拿出隔水加熱或微波加熱

義大利麵煮好以後如不馬上食用可加些橄欖油下去拌勻麵才不會沾黏
