昨天真意外連著三張相片上了精選~

離上次精選文章不到1個月時間

真是小狗的出生帶來的好運嗎?

狗孫子們跟吹氣似的大好快

現在每隻都圓滾滾的好可愛..

這養身蛋糕也是我很喜歡吃的蛋糕之ㄧ

之前也常跟朋友在網路上合購

這次做的這個配方我覺得有點油

但是我把白砂糖改成黑糖~使得香氣十足..

下次再將油量減少試看看~

就更符合養身蛋糕了..

自己做的蛋糕加了大量的桂圓

加上用養樂多一起下去熬煮

這跟外面的有所不同...

『黑糖桂圓蛋糕』

(約可做30個)

材料:

1.全蛋8個

2.黑糖350g

3.桂圓300g

4.養樂多3瓶

5.小蘇打粉少許

6.低筋麵粉450g

7.沙拉油525g

8.桂圓香料50g(我省略)

做法:

1.低筋麵粉、小蘇打及黑糖先過篩

2.桂圓、養樂多一起煮至沸待涼備用

3.全蛋、黑糖打至全發(約8-10分鐘)再加入桂圓肉輕拌勻

4.再加入沙拉油拌勻(分次加)

5.加入低筋麵粉及小蘇打粉拌勻

6.將麵糊裝入擠花袋中再擠入烤杯中約8分滿

7.進烤箱前先輕敲幾下將空氣排出

8.烤箱 先預熱10分鐘以190度烤約20-25分鐘
